Have you ever felt guilty for charging your full fee? Striving for abundance as a therapist is frequently met with shame and guilt. This group will explore the importance of releasing a scarcity mindset to establish abundance. We’ll highlight the barriers to your abundance mindset and explore new tools to center your abundance. Together we’ll explore new ways to increase your clinical rates and diversify your income to establish a life of abundance.

This group will explore the importance of releasing a scarcity mindset to establish abundance. We’ll highlight the barriers to your abundance mindset and explore new tools to center your abundance. Together we’ll explore new ways to increase your clinical rates and diversify your income to establish a life of abundance.

  • This group is solely for Black, Indigenous, and People of color who are in the field of mental health, counseling, & psychology. This includes LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, Psychologists, Psychoanalysts, & clinical interns.

  • Rates are based on an anti-oppressive rate structure. Please answer the following questions to determine your rate structure. (Adapted from the Anti-Oppression resource & training alliance)

    • Are you and your family homeowners or landowners? (This question does not apply to those who are Native or Indigenous)

    • Have you attended private education institutions or do you have an advanced degree?

    • Are you able to make minimum payments on bills or credit cards?

    • Have you been able to easily access and afford health insurance for yourself and your family members?

    • Do you have zero to no debt and/or do you have disposable income?

    • Do you have a safety net composed of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?

    • Do you have U.S. Citizenship?

    • Does your income only support you, and not other loved ones?

    • Have you or do you expect to inherit money or property?

    • Have you (or could you have attended college and/or graduate school?

    Redistribution ($150): Yes to 7-10 questions

    Full Cost ($100): Yes to 5-7 questions

    Sustain ($75): Yes to 3-5 questions

    Solidarity ($50): Yes to 1-3 questions

    Reparations ($0): 0 Yes
